Hotel Policy


The Colonial Inn & Motel is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full refund will be made.

For reservations of 3 or more rooms we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. For reservations of 3 or more rooms we also require a 30 day cancellation notice. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than thirty (30) days notice, we must ask that you take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your rooms we will not charge the remaining 50% balance. Please understand that by law we must honor a reservation and can not double book as say airlines can, so once a reservation is made we must turn down other potential customers.

Standard Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Absolutely No Smoking inside; however covered outdoor smoking areas are available.

No Pets. This is a tough one for us as we love animals. However we do have guests stay who are allergic to animals and so we can not have pets in the guest rooms. Call us if you need assistance making boarding arrangements.

Payment by cash will have a 3% discount applied.
